The lodge’s restaurant serves delicious meals made with locally sourced ingredients, including fresh fruits and vegetables, and organic meat and poultry. The menu includes a mix of international and local cuisine, with traditional Ugandan dishes such as matooke (steamed green bananas) and groundnut sauce, as well as international favorites like pasta and grilled meats.
